Since 1998 our quality management is certified based on the ISO9001 standard. In the area of measuring technology our ambition is to be able to capable inspect everything what we are producing. This we realize especially by our climatized measuring room with our more than 3000 measuring equipments and gauges.
As well our grinding department is located in a climatized production room to ensure mikron tolerances.

We are your partner for the machining of components and production of complete assemblies. With our high manufacturing depth we are able to provide high class, fast and flexible solutions. Your most complex and challenging tasks are in the best hands at Seipp & Kehl. From the first planning meeting until delivery we are competently at your side. Due to our high degree of automation we fulfill your orders efficient and provide fair cost conditions.
CNC-Turning and CNC-Milling
We use high performance CNC-lathe centers (up to 9 axis simultaneously), CNC-milling machines (up to 5 axis simultaneously), as well as up to date CNC-turning machines (portal and bar loaded) and vertical-CNC-machine centers for high precision- and economic production. Our machines are equipped with big tool and pallet magazines as well as monitoring systems.
CNC-Grinding / CNC-Wire Eroding
A further focal point is our fully air-conditioned CNC-grinding. We are specialist for outer diameter-, inner diameter-, centerless- and flat-/profile grinding as well as lapping and honing. For parts requiring wire eroding, we are also your rigth partner. In all processes we can ensure highest precision with tigthest tolerances.
Metrology
We can get a reliable and precise measurement of every part we machine and assemble. On top of more than 3.000 manual gauges we have, among other equipment, two 3D-CNC-Coordinate Measuring Machines, one Roughness- and one Contour-Tester, as well as high precision form testing equipment.
Assembly / Testing
As system supplier we provide complete mechanical and hydraulic assemblies to our customers. Further we provide system units inclusive electronical components. Laser marking we can provide as well. We also now offer the balancing of components as a new service. The specialists in our subsidiary HKM, have large experience and KnowHow to realize all operations reliable and failure-free.
Fixtureshop and Design
At Seipp & Kehl we provide complete solutions out of one hand. Our performance also includes multifunctional solutions in our fixture shop. Whatever task we take from our customers: Your requirements and wishes are our standard. We design to your needs and can totally produce also complex fixtures inhouse.
